A. We ship from our warehouses & factories located across India.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 2-7 business days for the orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-4 business days.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Q. Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

A. All inquiries can be forwarded to contact.hopshopindia.com. Please add your order number and try to be as descriptive as possible. We reply on the same day. 

Q. How can I pay?

A. We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and also Paypal. Payment through Paytm are also accepted by us. You may also choose the option of paying at the time of delivery. 

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. 

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

Q. I used  A wrong address. What should I do?

A. As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this in our back end system. Please mail us the correct address and your order number to contact.theluxelife@gmail.com and we will take care of it. 

Once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped), If that is the case you need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items. If you have are not able to track it, The parcel will be undelivered and returned to us, we'll ship it again after taking confirmation from you.
